Bunny and Plaid

Top: Anthro, Cardigan: J.Crew Factory, Jeans & booties: Madewell

This is the real reason I bought these plaid jeans - specifically to pair them with this bunny tee. Literally years ago, my girl Sayaka wore this same shirt with a pair of purple and red (I think?) plaid jeans on her blog, Happily Ever Anthro. And I was like, "Must. Find. Plaid. Jeans!" Except I didn't. At least not ones that didn't make me look like a clown/slumber party guest/mental hospital patient. Until these jeans happened, anyway.

Anyways, one thing I'll take away from blogging is the friends I've made, who I'd never have gotten in touch with otherwise, and who have just really enriched my life. As well as the fact that you can pair any pattern with any other pattern and get away with it as long as you do it with panache.

Also, I now own three bunny shirts. I'm not sure if that's something I should be proud of, but I kind of am...

  1. Always be proud of your bunny shirts! This outfit is awesome. Love the plaid. You are so right - it is difficult to find the perfect pair of plaid pants. What ever happened to Happily Ever Anthro? Miss her! So many bloggers are gone now. Have you ever heard from Jenni from Gnome Lover?
Rock on in your plaid! Or should I say Hop on?!

    1. Sayaka is on instagram, honey! Her handle is sayaka.pilates! She's an instructor now, I think, and seems to be doing very well. Same old Sayaka! :) :) I did eventually hear from Jenni - something must have happened but I don't know what it was. I'm sad to say she didn't seem to be doing so well. :( I miss her heaps. :(
Anyway, thank you for your super lovely comment, and I shall indeed hop on! That's my new motto now. :) Hop on baby rabbits! ;)
